We are looking for passionate creatives with a little extra love for details and logistics of spaces. This position is an exciting opportunity to assist the lead designers in all phases of project development, including space layouts, concept building, documentations and client presentations, vendor correspondence, product specification and instillation/ staging. We're a small knit team with diverse day to day tasks and it is more valuable that you are comfortable working on a wide range of tasks rather than being an expert in one particular area.

Produce/ Assist with space planning and construction documents
Conduct field verifications and CAD implementation
Material research & sourcing
Manage material sample library
Ordering and tracking of all purchased material
Coordinating custom manufacturing of items and timelines.
Creating drawing documents; layouts, elevations, schedules & custom millwork
Creating design packages, specifications and other formal documents for design execution.
Mood board preparation and layouts.
Managing project spreadsheets, budgets, purchasing and inventories.
Project status reporting to both internal team and client teams.
Research and creative development of design concepts.
Managing and updating internal structures; templates and IT
